Had a lovely stay in the Small Double Room. The location offered quietness and the bed felt very comfortable. the room was quite tiny and lacked shower gel. Recommended the nearby Indian restaurant for tasty food.

The hot water issue was fixed quickly, but the room was tiny.

The room was clean, but the steep stairs were tough to manage.

The first night had some issues—the third bed was an odd size and squashed into an alcove, which was inconvenient. access can be challenging with very steep staircases, especially for those who struggle physically. The temperature control in my room wasn’t great. with no AC, it got stuffy despite a small fan, and the window barely opened. The initial experience left a lot to be desired, but a swap to a better room the next day helped.

I had a fantastic stay at Rooms At The Ritz Complex. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and resolved everything quickly. The room was clean and well-equipped with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and good-quality towels. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and plenty of parking.

The temperature control in the room was less than ideal, making it a bit stuffy at times.

The location is very convenient, with ample onsite parking. the room was quite small and not the most comfortable, as the bed did its job but offered little support. the heating system was overly warm during the night, impacting sleep quality. the cleanliness and quality of linens were commendable, contributing positively to the experience.

The lady at reception was super helpful and made the check-in smooth after we had a little hiccup with the hot water. I loved lounging by the cozy fireplace and enjoying a relaxing massage at the spa during my stay. Just a heads up, the heating was a bit too much at night, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊
